Player Obligations

What we expect from every full-time member of the Bandits program.

CONDUCT

• Show up on time and ready.

• Give your best effort.

• Treat others with respect.

• Be a great teammate.

• Stay positive and focused.

• Believe in yourself.

• Take responsibility.

• Compete.

• Have fun.

COMMITMENT

• Choose the Bandits as your only club baseball team and main sports priority in spring 2026.

• Attend all fall/winter/spring practices and games unless you have an unavoidable conflict.

• Make the most of every opportunity to learn, develop, and bond with the team.

• Inform your coach ahead of time if you'll be arriving late, leaving early, or absent.

• Participate fully in BYB's spring league in 2026.​​​​

Rainy Days​

We'll notify you if a practice or game is rained out. If you haven't been told that we're rained out, then we’re still on as scheduled and you should arrive at the field on

time.​​​​​​​​​​​
